This concert is dedicated in memory of the Loving Rose Foundation’s, Founder, Yolanda Moore’s, beloved mother, Mrs. Rose Catherine G. Bates, who lost her battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on November 3, 2007. In 2012, the "Loving Rose Bates Walking Team" was formed and participated in its first Light the Night Walk supporting LLS. In the past, the team has asked for donations from family, friends and businesses. For the last 4 years, the team has given back to the community by feeding hungry souls with God's Word through music and dance. In 2017, Yolanda founded the Loving Rose Foundation, which will continue to raise awareness of blood cancers as well as support all cancer research efforts. The community’s willingness to help will fund lifesaving cancer research and services for patients, bringing help and hope to thousands of people battling blood cancers.
