Event Description

In music, live instrumentation is the use of acoustic and electronic musical instruments in live music and recording rather than DJing, sampling, and other recording techniques. We plan on keeping our culture alive through the jazz... a music genre that originated from African American communities of New Orleans in the United States during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. I just moved back from New York of 6 years to my hometown... where live instrumentation is scarce. Well, not anymore. I am bringing jazz to the Music Room on Edgewood every Wednesday starting October 19 and I need your help spreading the word. I ran a jazz club of 5 years in New York... with my partners being The Blue Note, Smalls, Village Underground, New York City Jazz Record, Hot House Jazz Guide and a plethora of more. Help me bring jazz back to the forefront in Atlanta. So about this show happening every Wednesday at the Music Room on Edgewood starting OCTOBER 19 (6 day countdown).... It's freeeeeeeeeeeee with an instrument of your choice. Now, If you don't play... you're still invited to vibe and witness. Vices. Surprises. It's never the same every time. Ticket link attached. An easy $8 dollars for pre-sale baby... Help me keep culture alive !!! 7pm. We are blending all 3 coast plus some under the name of live instrumentation! Joya wants and needs your support! Tell your favorite uncle and auntie too. duuuuuuuuh
