Did you know you can donate your used car to Jazz 91.9 WCLK and help support public radio? Turn your used vehicle into valuable radio programming for the entire community. We'll take cars, trucks, vans, RV's, boats if they are on a trailer, and motorcycles that are running. You'll feel better for helping, and your neighbors will be glad to see that busted hoopty out of your back yard.
Donating is easy! Just call 1 (888) 448-3925. A representative will explain all the details, including the possibility of same-day service.

Swiss composer and pianist and two time Soul Train Music Award winner Alex Bugnon hits the Atlanta area with performances Thursday at Acoustix Jazz Restaurant and Lounge, and then Saturday night at Jazzy Brown's in McDonough.
WCLK listeners will have the chance to win passes to both performances.
WCLK mourns the passing of our former Program Director Bobby Jackson, the host of The Roots of Smooth. Jackson wrote, broadcast, lectured and otherwise promoted jazz constantly during his too-short lifetime. WCLK listeners regularly hear Bobby’s voice on Sunday afternoons from 3-4pm on Atlanta’s Jazz Station. We will bring you more information about the future direction of that show as we learn it. In the meanwhile our prayers and good wishes go to his family and loved ones. Jazz in heaven just gained a great emcee.
