The CheckUp With Dr. Courtney Shelton On Child Sex Trafficking--What You Can Do

Atlanta is a hub for child sex traffickers and for those who use children. This is a sad fact. Many of us come into contact with exploited kids in our neighborhoods, our schools and our community each day. How can you tell if a child being trafficked? What are the warning signs, and what can you do to help end this scourge?

Saturday morning, February 17 at 8:30 on Jazz 91.9 WCLK join Dr. Courtney Shelton for The CheckUp.  During the show, Dr. Shelton discusses the issues with Genise Shelton, founder of the Our Children's Keeper (OCK) Foundation.  The Foundation was created to help end modern day slavery of child sex trafficking and recover abducted and missing children in Atlanta and surrounding areas.   OCK works to prevent the sexual exploitation of youth and helps current victims find confidence, strength and stability beyond the limitations of their current lifestyle.
