Ike Stubblefield Plays Friday Jazz @ The High Museum, Hosted by Nicole Sweeney
Ike Stubblefield will be joining Nicole Sweeney for Friday Jazz At The High Museum Friday, February 15 at 5pm. Keyboardist Stubblefield has played on everything from Motown to Eric Clapton, with many stops in between. He's a six time Grammy winner, based in Atlanta for over a decade now. He'll be appearing with his trio Friday, with maybe some special guests dropping by.
He joined Nicole during her show Wednesday to talk Friday Jazz At The High, and what he's been up to. You can listen to that audio by clicking on the audiofile below.
Friday Jazz At The High Museum is a chance to dig great jazz and the current exhibits at The High, including their newly opened featured exhibit Frida & Diego: Passion, Politics, and Painting.
Friday Jazz At The High begins at 5pm, and is the perfect excuse to beat the Friday traffic jam, get your art on, and hear some wonderful jazz. Oh, and your emcee will be Nicole Sweeney from The Midday Jazz Swing.
