This week we speak with Edward Ahmed Mitchell about AtlantaMuslim.com and the upcoming Visit A Mosque Day in Atlanta.
From Fayetteville to Alpharetta the AtlantaMuslim community is coming together to host us, their neighbors, friends and community at their place of worship. On Saturday, January 23 at 4:00 p.m. you are invited to attend this celebration of culture and religion.
A short program to introduce you to the Muslim community and explanation of their religious beliefs will be provided by the Islamic Speakers Bureau at some mosques.
As Mr. Mitchell explains there are many correlations between Christianity and Islam. He speaks to the history of our country and explains that the Muslim community has been here since the inception of the US.
