Your Health Connection Returns Wednesday, Discusses Coping With A Cancer Diagnosis
Your Health Connection returns Wednesday, August 20 at 6pm for another season of interactive talk radio with a purpose. JaQuitta Williams is back as host, as we discuss what to do if you or a loved one gets diagnosed with cancer. Fighting cancer takes medicine, mind, body, and a good support network. JaQuitta's guests will include Psychiatric Oncologist Dr. Wendy Baer from the Winship Cancer Institute, and Medical Oncologist Dr. Laura Weakland with Georgia Cancer Specialists.
They'll take your calls and talk about the best ways to take care of yourself and your loved ones when cancer comes into your life.
Your Health Connection is a production of WCLK and the Center for Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University. Find out more about their work cracking the cancer code and developing the next generation of cancer research biologists by clicking here.
