New Music: Apache By Aaron Neville

Sep 5, 2016
Tell It Records

Aaron Neville shows no sign of losing his vocal or musical edge at age 75.  His new Tell It Records release Apache comes following several releases in recent years paying homage to formative music from his past, including records taking in Soul, Gospel and, early R&B and Doo-Wop Classics.  Apache stakes out a more contemporary sound and features Neville's original songs about love, life, longing and being nice to your mom. Its tenor and tone evokes some of his great mid-period work with The Neville Brothers.
