Saxophonist Kim Waters has helped define Smooth Jazz in over 20 years of touring and performing.  We're happy to have him as an Atlanta resident when he's not on tour. His new release on Shanachie is called Rhythm and Romance, and includes interpretations of songs from Janet Jackson, DeBarge and Sam Smith. You can hear cuts from Rhythm and Romance throughout the day on Jazz 91.9 WCLK in particular during Serenade To The City, Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.
