Join us 4th Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. for CAU Now - Lifting Every Voice.  This interview-formatted program highlights academic excellence and issues in higher education from Clark Atlanta University faculty,  students and alumni thought leaders. Topics are curated by CAU Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Peter Nwosu. WCLK is a proud licensee of Clark Atlanta University.

The June edition of CAU Now-Lifting Every Voice on WCLK features an update on the Whitney M. Young, Jr. School of Social Work at Clark Atlanta University. Our guest is Dean Jenny L. Jones. Dr. Jones updates us on recent alumni news, as well as ongoing preparations for the School of Social Work's centennial celebration, slated for 2020. We also discuss CAU's undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs in social work, as well as the importance of empathy and personal communication skills that go hand in had with social work skills that are in greater need than ever in our hectic world.

For the April edition of CAU Now-Lifting Every Voice on WCLK,  I was joined by Dr. Michael J. Marshall, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services, Interim Dean of Student Services and Campus Life, and Dr. Barbara N. Hill, Interim Dean of the CAU School of Education. Clark Atlanta University is rolling out the first of a number of online education initiatives with an online doctorate program in higher education. The program's application phase is now open for Fall 2018.

Join us Saturday, March 31 at 8:30 a.m. for CAU Now-Lifting Every Voice on Jazz 91.9 WCLK. This month's program features a conversation with Dr. Kasim Alli. He is Interim Dean and Woodruff Professor of Finance in the Clark Atlanta University School of Business. We discuss the ways that CAU and CAU graduates benefit from globalization. The YALI Washington-Mandela Fellows, local involvement in the community helping people with their taxes in West End at VITA, and ongoing lecture series strengthening the CAU network are all happening now.

The January edition of CAU Now-Lifting Every Voice on Jazz 91.9 WCLK features the Isabella T. Jenkins Honors and Scholars Program at Clark Atlanta University.  The Program is led by Dr. Teri Platt.  Dr. Platt joined CAU Now and discussed the journey that brought her to this elite program within Clark Atlanta University.  She discusses how the Honors and Scholars Program makes a difference each day.  She also talks about progress and developments in the program, as well as the international presence the program brings to the CAU Campus.

For the December edition of CAU Now Lifting Every Voice on WCLK, We spoke with Dr. Bruce Berger. Berger is the Executive director of Clark Atlanta University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development. As such he is working on both producing successful entrepreneurs from on the CAU Campus and the surrounding community, but also creating innovative ways to make the University run more efficiently and effectively.
